Julie Worsley has lived and worked in the North Ryde and Meadowbank area for many years, and has an active interest in local issues, especially children’s education, aged care and social infrastructure.
Julie has been a primary school teacher in local schools for over 25 years and maintains an active interest in children’s education as a volunteer SRE teacher. She is very aware that children also need safe parks and playgrounds to assist their well-being and education. Her concern for over-development” of housing in the Epping, Macquarie Park and Lachlan’s Line area has led to her advocacy for school, transport and health facilities to meet the demands of the increased demographic . Julie firmly believes such timely integration of State services will enable families to better nurture their children in the Ryde electorate.
Julie has previously been a candidate in State and Federal elections…with increasing popularity and experience. She enjoys the friendship of many different She enjoys the friendship of a wide variety of people, both in Australia and in Uganda (where she is a director of a children’s school founded by a friend). Her friends value her honesty, integrity and sincere respect for people of all ages, ability and ethnic heritage.
Julie attends River City Church at Meadowbank and is honoured to support Paul Green and other members of the CDP team.
